I think I'd have a very hard time seeing that as anything but a betrayal. Which might seem unfair to your friend, since I'm assuming that this was you and/or your bf's idea, not hers. But why on earth did she agree? I'd want to be very sure about where she stands before I'd know whether or not we could still be friends.
